Fourth Sunday of Lent

Cuarto Domingo de Cuaresma

In this video, Darren Handy reflects on the Gospel reading and how we are all called to lift up Jesus Christ in our world and in our culture. He also explores the importance of lifting up our children and teaching them how to be followers of Christ so that they can be His light in the world. He challenges us to take time this week as a family to gaze upon a crucifix and share with one another what Christ is speaking to us.

The following are points of reflection this week:

  • How do we help our children to look up to Christ as a role model?
  • How do we emulate the life of Christ for our children? How are we being an example of Him?
Are there practical things we can do to help set a firm foundation of faith for our children?
