Third Sunday of Lent

Tercer Domingo de Cuaresma

In this video, Lisa Garcia dives into the Sunday Gospel and looks at what constitutes righteous anger. She also looks at the words of Jesus as He speaks about the destruction of the temple and what that means for our lives. She concludes with a challenge to prepare our hearts, and our children’s hearts, but making a plan to get to the Sacrament of Reconciliation this week.

The following are questions for reflection this week:

  • Do I get angry at my children? Where does this anger come from?
  • Are there times that I have seen injustice and not responded with righteous anger? Have I just remained silent?
  • Am I seeking God where He is present? Am I leading my children to these places of to encounter God?
